About Hong

I have been a Farm Bureau advisor since 2020. As your service provider, my team can work together with you to increase your confidence about your overall financial wellbeing.

Previously a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch, Hong brings years of expertise in financial planning. Hong made a thoughtful decision to transition her 17 years of leadership experiences in chemical engineering field into finance, bring with her a track record of abilities to turn opportunities into success. Hong joined Farm Bureau Financial Services with a unique perspective of a blended business acumen and solid financial planning skill. Hong passionately commits herself to her clients to reach their desired financial goals based on their risk tolerance, time horizon, liquidity needs and their unique situations. Hong strives to act in the best interests of her clients to protect, preserve and grow their assets by providing tailored financial strategies though Farm Bureau's  wealth management process. 

Hong holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation awarded by CFA institute, and earned her Ph.D. in Industrial & manufacturing Engineering from Cleveland Stated University. 

Born and raised in Beijing, China, Hong speaks fluent Chinese, and to fulfill her desire to give back to her community, in her spare time, as an adjunct professor she enjoys teaching grated and undergraduate engineering courses in the college of Engineering & Applied Science, UW-Milwaukee.
