About Mike

Hi, my name is Mike Smith.  I have lived in Gillette for over 30 years.  I was raised, graduated high school and am now raising my family here with my wife Julie.  Once I graduated college, I came back to Gillette where I worked in the mining industry before starting my own insurance office with Mountain West Farm Bureau.  For over 14 years now, I have proudly served Gillette with insurance and financial services.  I enjoy many activities, including: golf, boating, skiing and spending time with my family. I also enjoy serving this community. I am involved in the Gillette Rotary Club, NAIFA and the local Gillette Young Life Club.
