Meet the Team
Hello, my name is Robert, “Bob,” Mars, and I became a part of Cindy’s team in September, 2015. One of my real joys in life is working with people. I have been able to do that for many years as an educator, and for the last four years as a licensed insurance sales professional. I truly appreciate working with the professional, dedicated staff that Cindy has put together to offer the highest quality knowledge, friendly atmosphere, and customer service which is second to none. My goal as a part of this team is to consistently provide real help and outstanding service to each of our clients.
I am responsible for the phone calls to current clients to schedule Super Check appointments as well as other functions that keep our client's accounts current with all the available discounts.

I had the privilege of joining Cindy’s office at the start of 2022 after 3 years with Farm Bureau as an Agent and Sales Associate. I am licensed in Health, Life, Property and Casualty since 2015 and use that knowledge everyday to help our clients see the importance and value of many types of coverage. To me success is a referral, or a thank you, or an I’m so glad I had coverage for that, what a relief! That kindness inspires me to continue learning and helping families protect themselves with great coverage and customer service.
I am a proud member of a First Responder family, enjoy my teenage daughters and my dog. We travel and reconnect when we get into nature for a good hike or a campout. I really enjoy quilting especially memory quilts for loved ones and donation blankets for the NICU or silent auctions. Iowa winter’s give me plenty of time for sewing!
My name is Levi and I joined Cindy’s office in August of 2022. I like being part of a team of hard workers that are able to communicate and understand each other while also having their own separate talents. This office is amazing at helping others while being able to build off each other and provide the best possible service. I like to help maximize everyone’s proficiency in the office by doing whatever I can to help including answering the phone, sorting files, and helping with projects.
I enjoy my time outside work by golfing, kayaking, or just relaxing inside and reading when the weather stops me. One of my favorite activities is catching aquatic animals. When I finally get home all my dogs, and especially my cat, are waiting to say hi and demand treats.
