Client Testimonials:

"Our agent is always available and gets back to us promptly might even be on a Saturday when we are out of town and he might be as well." - Customer since 2003

"Your Agent Jason Chancellor has always been there for us. He has always been helpful when we had questions about our policies and or if we needed to change our policies." - Matthew B., customer since 2003

"During the storm losses (which I have absolutely no control over) I have had minimal settlement issues (with the exception of flood damage to tools on my Nebraska farm policy). I have talked to parties insured by others and several of them had greater difficulties than I had on receiving a fair settlement for storm damage. I have checked out premiums from other insurers. One of the other insurers out of Nebraska told me they can beat Nebraska FB on premiums, but they can't beat the FB premiums in Kansas. And although I could go with different companies since I have to have policies in both states anyway I am not going to do that to myself. If it's all insured with FB in both states there should never be the argument over which company is responsible for paying the loss. So as long as I am treated fairly on claims and the premiums are fairly comparable (I didn't say lowest---lowest is not always best) I will continue on with FB. Besides, I like my FB agent." - Customer since 1991
