I grew up in Boone County and farmed here for 25 years before becoming a Farm Bureau agent in 2001. In 1976, when our farm was destroyed by a tornado, I found out from my own experience how important it is to have the right insurance coverage. Without help from our insurance company, we would not have been able to keep farming. When I became an agent, I made a commitment to return phone calls on a timely basis and make sure clients are correctly insured.
