About Tricia

I joined Tyler’s team in 2013 as his sole Sales Associate and have since grown into my role as Office Manager, where I support our clients as well as our entire team of associates. My insurance career began in 2000 when my husband and I owned and operated our own claims adjusting company, giving me a strong foundation in customer service, claims handling, and small-business operations.

In addition to holding my Property & Casualty insurance license, in 1993 I earned a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Nebraska Omaha. This background has strengthened my communication skills and deepened my commitment to delivering exceptional client care.

I enjoy building lasting relationships with our clients and take pride in helping them navigate their insurance needs. My areas of knowledge include commercial and small business insurance, along with assisting clients who have questions about the claims process.

Outside of the office, I’ve been married for over 30 years and am a proud mother of five. I love spending my free time doing puzzles, reading, and getting in a daily walk.
