Farm Bureau Financial Services offers three convenient options for reporting an auto claim for customers with policies issued from our coverage area (Arizona, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, South Dakota and Utah):

• Report a claim online 
• Contact your agent 
• Call our 24-hour Customer Service Support team toll-free at 1-800-226-6383

To help make the filing process smoother, please have the following documents ready when you contact your agent or claims representative:

• Insured’s Name 
• Address of Insured 
• Policy Number 
• Date of Damage or Injury

To view your claim status and the contact information for your assigned adjuster, log in to your FBFS.com account and go to the claims overview. If you don’t have online account access, our easy registration process takes just a few minutes!

For auto glass repairs, click here to set an appointment with Safelite Solutions, or call 800-226-6383 and select option 7. You will need to provide your policy number and the approximate date of the damage.
